Mission Statement

Flourish Holistic Coaching believes that all individuals have a plan and a purpose for their lives, and that with encouragement and support they can be released to find it and enjoy it.

We will see and treat you as a person of value, whose wellbeing, needs and feelings matter. Our energies are focussed on helping you to overcome any difficulties which might be preventing you from living a fulfilled life.

At Flourish we take a holistic approach, acknowledging that these difficulties are often complex and may involve more than one area of need. We will do our best to respond flexibly to your individual circumstances as your journey progresses, offering what is most helpful to you at each stage.

Part One — Terms for Private Individual Coaching Clients

1. General

As a client of Flourish Holistic Coaching, I agree to conform to the terms and conditions set out below for clients of Flourish Holistic Coaching.

2. Property Damage

Any damage to property caused by the client will be billed to the client's account at the cost of repair or replacement.

3. Personal Valuables

Flourish Holistic Coaching will have no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage to cash, valuables, or any personal effects, whether as a result of negligence or otherwise, which the client or any other person brings to Flourish Holistic Coaching.

4. Financial Agreement

I, the client, agree that in consideration of my coaching and the services to be rendered to me, I will pay in accordance with the rates and terms set out below. In the event of non-payment or a payment shortfall, I undertake to settle the outstanding balance immediately upon request.

I, the client, agree that the financial commitment is for the whole 12-week programme. All sessions are to be paid for in advance of the session. Coaching plans are produced and sent to clients every 12 weeks, and payment is required upon receipt of the invoice and/or in advance of any sessions. If there are changes to sessions during a pre-arranged coaching plan period (additional sessions or rearrangement of sessions), these will be reconciled at the end of the coaching plan.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon booking of appointments. Payments can be made in full or by 3 monthly instalments. If you choose the instalment option, you will be required to set up a Direct Debit and will be notified of your payment schedule; payment is required the Monday before each 4 weeks of the plan. Please note: each 12-week plan is a new coaching period and will therefore require a new signed Terms
& Conditions and completed Direct Debit.

6. Coaching Fees

All 1:1 coaching sessions are charged at a flat rate of £150.00 per session. A full detailed list of services is available on request or on our website.

7. Cancellation or Change of Appointment

The cancellation policy for individual sessions is 48 hours. If you fail to cancel an appointment less than 48 hours before the appointment time, you will be charged the full amount for that session. Outside of the 48-hour window, cancellations will be charged at 50% of the fee. If we are able to rearrange the session within the same week (subject to coach and practice availability), the cancellation charge will not apply.

If you decide to discharge mid-coaching plan, you will be expected to attend an ending session with your coach; if you choose not to attend this session, it will be charged in full. If you decide to discharge mid-coaching plan, you will be liable to pay 100% of the remaining appointments on your current coaching plan.

8. Overdue Payments

If payment is not made by the due date, this will result in the cessation of appointments going forward until the account has been brought up to date.

9. Footsteps Coaching Programme

If you would like to access our Footsteps Coaching Programme with Recovery Record App, the charge is payable in advance per 12-week programme and is non-refundable. The app is a professional, research-based tool for Eating Disorder Recovery, Nutrition, or Wellbeing Coaching, which can be used from the privacy of your mobile phone. It includes collaboration with your coach, is social and secure, can be used at any time and stage of your journey, allows you to personalise your experience, and is a great way to get support outside of your sessions while tracking and celebrating your own progress.

Recovery Record is usually used alongside regular 1:1 sessions with a specialist coach, to set goals together around thoughts and beliefs, behaviours, and food and health challenges. These are logged in the app along with agreed strategies, so that when you engage with the app daily it will prompt, encourage, and guide you. You will also have live engagement, responses, and support outside of your sessions via the app with your coach.

10. Indemnity

I agree that I will indemnify Flourish Holistic Coaching against all loss or damage, howsoever caused, arising through this agreement.

I, the undersigned, certify that I have read the foregoing, received a copy of it, and am the client, or have been authorised by the client to act on their behalf to execute this agreement and accept its terms.

Part Two — Commercial Coaching, Consulting & Facilitation Services Agreement

For business, corporate, and organisational clients engaging Flourish Holistic Coaching for coaching, consulting, facilitation, or personal
breakthrough services.

1. Services to the Client

Flourish Holistic Coaching shall provide Coaching, Consulting, Facilitation, or Personal Breakthrough Services ("Services") to the Client.

2. Period of Agreement

2.1    The initial commitment period for Coaching Services is 12 weeks from the date of this agreement, or the first scheduled coaching session, whichever is the earliest. Thereafter, reviews are performed on a 12-weekly basis.

2.2    For Consulting, Facilitation, and Personal Breakthrough Services, the Service shall commence on a specified date and terminate upon completion or expiry of the agreed duration ("the service period").

2.3    The Client agrees to co-operate fully with Flourish Holistic Coaching in all matters relating to this agreement, and to make itself available for any scheduled meetings, advising Flourish Holistic Coaching of any material changes affecting such meetings no less than forty-eight (48) hours in advance. Where the Client fails to give such notice, or fails altogether to be available for a scheduled appointment, Flourish Holistic Coaching shall be entitled to levy a penalty charge against the Client, in accordance with its prevailing fee structure and cancellation policy.

2.4    Initiating the coaching appointment is the responsibility of the Client. For the purposes of payment, scheduled sessions that are missed by the Client without prior notification to Flourish Holistic Coaching are considered to have taken place.

3. Payment and Invoicing Terms

3.1    Invoices will be submitted by Flourish Holistic Coaching for payment by the Client quarterly, in advance. All invoiced work shall become payable on the date of issue of the invoice, in accordance with Flourish Holistic Coaching's invoicing policy. Flourish Holistic Coaching shall not undertake or commence the Service without the Client's written or email consent; such consent shall be deemed given by the authority of the Client's signature appended to this agreement.

3.2    Reimbursable Expenses. The Client shall reimburse Flourish Holistic Coaching for all expenses incurred in connection with the Services rendered. Reimbursable expenses may include, but are not limited to, travel costs, materials, and telephone costs that are attributable to the Service (the "Reimbursable Expenses"). Travel costs are defined as air travel, lodging, meals and incidentals, overnight stay allowance, ground transportation, and all costs associated with travel. All extraordinary travel expenses must receive the Client's prior approval. Flourish Holistic Coaching shall provide the Client with substantiation of Reimbursable Expenses incurred.

3.3    Prepaid Arrangements. Where the Client is arranging travel and accommodation, prepaid travel tickets and prepaid hotel arrangements shall be received by Flourish Holistic Coaching no later than 10 days before the scheduled date.

3.4    Late Payments. Flourish Holistic Coaching reserves the right to charge interest on outstanding fees should payment be unduly delayed. Any legal fees, court costs, or other costs incurred in the collection of delinquent accounts shall be paid by the Client. If payment of invoices is not current, Flourish Holistic Coaching may suspend performing further work.

4. Changes

4.1    The Client may, with the approval of Flourish Holistic Coaching, issue written directions within the general scope of any Services to be ordered. Such changes may be for additional work, or Flourish Holistic Coaching may be directed to change the direction of the work covered, but no change will be allowed unless agreed to by Flourish Holistic Coaching in writing.

4.2    Flourish Holistic Coaching agrees to notify the Client, as soon as practicable, of any anticipated changes to the agreed proposal subsequent to service engagement. The Client agrees to advise Flourish Holistic Coaching promptly of any material facts, new information, developments, or events which may alter the course of, or influence the exercise of, the Service.

4.3    In the event of a necessity to extend the service period (except by reason of Flourish Holistic Coaching's failure to complete work on schedule, where such failure did not result directly or indirectly from any act of the Client), Flourish Holistic Coaching shall be entitled to full payment for all work so far undertaken, and to seek additional compensation from the Client in respect of any resources already committed to the Service.

5. Independent Contractor

Flourish Holistic Coaching is an independent contractor of the Client.

6. Confidentiality

Flourish Holistic Coaching recognises that the Client may have future plans, business affairs, customer lists, financial information, job information, goals, personal information, and other proprietary information. Flourish Holistic Coaching will not, at any time, either directly or indirectly, voluntarily use any such information for its own benefit, or disclose or communicate it in any manner to any third party. In addition, Flourish Holistic Coaching will not, at any time, divulge that a coaching relationship exists without the Client's permission. All discussions are entirely confidential.

The Client, by appending its signature hereto, agrees to be bound wholly by the terms of this agreement. Notwithstanding, Flourish Holistic Coaching prides itself on its sense of reasoning in all undertakings, and it shall strive to resolve any misunderstandings amicably, without prejudice to either party's rights.
